While out and about in central London today I finally started feeling more festive, with the Xmas lights and displays in the various shops.
Carnaby Street usually produces something original and abit wacky! This year is no exception.
It seems to feature a Xmas Planets theme and you can see giant ball earths suspended all down the street and Spacemen Santas complete with sunglasses dotted around. It was certainly a hit with the children.
While wandering up Old Bond Street I saw some inspiring windows. I liked the cut out paper effect Xmas trees below in this window.
Tiffany's windows are beautiful and depict in the various windows a story of a prince that is turned into a blue bird and a princess that is locked in a turret.
Upon a kiss of true love the bird becomes the prince again and they live happily ever after.
I love the intricate castle models and the detailed workmanship. It was really inspiring to see.
